No. Just because you are broke.
But it's a pretty much universal fact that apple has ridiculous retail markup.

Please tell me you aren't denying this.

Also, I'm not broke. I built a computer for 1,500$ and it has better specs and hardware than the most expensive iMac (which is WELL over 3,000$).

PS3 > PC's > Macs.

Depending on the situation, if I want to type a report, i'll use a Mac, if I want to play Fallout 3, i'll use my PS3, if I want to play STALKER: Call of Pripyat, i'll use my PC.

this is the dumbest thing I've read all day

thank you for the laugh

They are expensive. But that is another MS-national socialist excuse. About as annoying as when people kept saying Mac had no right click when really they were just too dumb enough to figure it out.

The point of a Mac is to have a beautifully crafted computer running software tailored to precision for its hardware for a speedy and superb experience. Its not about having nerds brag about their overpowered graphics cards. Maybe a focus on having a efficient computer that you love is more important than having something which has a CPU that on paper is a bigger number then your friends computer.

Their constant different versions of the same product but full priced each and every year is the cause of apple going to stuff.

The difference: Apple really does have a ridiculous markup  and the other thing is a joke.

If you don't believe me, read this comic.

"Efficient"

My Macbook Pro from 2008 took 15 minutes to create a 420p video 5 minutes in length. Efficient is not a word I would use to describe apple computers.

"bigger on paper"
my cpu is amazing. in real life and on paper.

macs are shiny white plastic rectangles, get over yourself.

Yeah, you're so smart because you grossly understate something.

Diamonds are just shiny bits of rock, get over yourself.

Probably your fault. I had a 2007 MacBook and I've been using it fine until this year. Its called taking care of things.

but diamonds are actually useful  :cookieMonster:

how many videos have you transcoded on it.

also if it's my fault, then what happened to Apple's, "It just works" slogan? I call for a revision to, "It just works, as long as you aren't doing _____"

yes you can plate the edge of a circular saw using diamonds.

can you plate the edge of a circular saw using a mac?

I WAS JUST THINKING THIS

I love you so much
