Server doesn't have auto admin or checkpoint?

My servers never have an auto admin or a checkpoint brick why is this??? (i re-downloaded RTB)

Good_patch:

Start a game click add-ons and enable checkpoints...
Admin lists do not always save in dedicated servers...
