Build stealing isn't protected by the game's default scripts because it's kind of dumb. People are going to save your builds. The entire game is based off of loading and saving builds.

If I make a good build and that, everything is evented, ect. I have it so thing's have my name in it.
I have hotels name, doors, ect.
Like ACM city, ACM put his name in the corner where no one expects it.

It's a bit easier to mark it via a Baseplate though, whereas ACM made his on the ground directly, where a 'clearspam would remove it (As well as some of the street areas, but I digress)
