Given that DrenDran included a default clientCmd on it to send data to the server saying that it has it, I could do it and not make it broken for people who don't have it.

So everyone will have the ability to use heat vision who is a tremor?

Nope, only those who also have the add-on. Everyone else would have the advantage of seeing normal shapes and colors.
