Author Topic: My sister ran away.  (Read 2933 times)

Hopefully she didn't take plane to European Georgia.

Would her parents not let her move out?

No, she was in Missouri and she lived with her other sisters and Aunt and Uncle

I would agree with her if her only reason wasn't "I'm old enuf mom!!! god!!!"

That's just stupid.

she says that she wants to get a job, now

she says that she wants to get a job, now
So she didn't think out a plan before she ran away from her only help (family) and now she is asking for help from you guys now.  Just teach her a lesson in anyway your family must do, I won't give my opinion on the matter because I'm simply a person from the internet your most likely not going to agree with unless you hold most trust in me :o

thats not running away, its called growing up and moving out to have your own life.

to hell with how the family feels about it.

Moving out would include planning, goodbyes, and other stuff. This is running away, leaving without thinking anything and leaving everyone worried.

Yeah, you're going to have a great life.

shes not obligated to explain anything. shes an adult.

and i do have a great life. and its because i damned the family.
notice the people who succeed the most simply call mom once a month rather then have a part in her life?

its not a coincidence that family holds you back in life.

Listen, the point is, she ran away.

Well, isn't your sister old enough to make her own decisions?

Or is the legal age different where you live?

Obligated, but does not fully understand the consequences.  The family wants to help, they don't want her to face the consequences and deal with it for the rest of her life like it was her life decision then and there.

Or is the legal age different where you live?
SHE DOESN'T LIVE WITH ME! Anyways, she's old enough, I guess. She could've at least thought of a plan and said goodbye to everyone.

you guys are going to be hit pretty hard when you grow up and meet all these "could have's" in your life.
you have to pick and choose whats important to be upset about or you will be committing Self Delete very soon.

its called being an adult. let other adults be adults. you will be busy enough with your own life.
