Not true, at least from where I was, when I was in Bulgaria at around the age of six I became very lost in a densely populated port city. I was missing for half a day my parents told me. I rarely remember the event, they said I dragged an icecream man from his duty to guide me across roads while I was finding my way home. They said I was mentioned on the television and the radio. The police found me almost at my house and drove me the rest of the way home.
