Port Forwarding Troubles

Hey guys, I've been having trouble going through the port forwarding system. I was able to get onto my routers site, port forward, and all that, but once i get to this step,
Find the numbers next to "DNS:"
Write them down. You will need them later.

...I can't find them...

My device is an Sierra Wireless/Sprint 4G/3G Overdrive Router

Type ipconfig in the command prompt, they'll be in there
