Controlling Server Lag

Bandwidth of the server is pretty much the single biggest factor in lag.

What can I do to increase bandwidth? Sadly I'm already on the best internet plan with our service provider Quest.
Would Slate lag less at all than Kitchen?

Open resource monitor.
Go to networking, take a screenshot of the right side once there is enough data and show us.
Open task manager, take screenshot of "processes" tab.
Do all this while running a dedicated server with a decent amount of players.

Is there enough info there to help people take my code, hack me or do any other types of unwanted activity?
I also dont have dedicated servers addon. Usually I only get up to 6 people cause they complain about lag. How much would decent be? (also how do I take screen shots of things not in blockland?)
On a brighter note I'm getting a new comp with 12 Gb ram, intel core 7, 1 Tb drive, and alot of other fun things. Would that bring down the lag?
Does Slate lag less than Kitchen?
