I think Gallery or Modification Discussion would be the rightful owner of this topic. But DAMN! This is sweet. I wish it was released, I would use this every time I hosted a server.

Cool features I see on this are the fact that it notifies you when someone joins your server (and leaves presumably.) and the fact you can see chat.

Also, the rules have been edited, so .exe files are currently allowed.
