"omg dont cuss!"

Gen. Hothauser:

I really hate it when after I say stuff like wtf and stfu, people say omg don't curse!!1!1!.  Then depending on how noobish they are, I tell then that f means fudge and so they shut up for a while.

I used to be one of those kids who cursed like there was no tomorrow.  But I grew up and matured and now only curse when I'm made or to express my opinion.  Cursing adds more of an edge to one's character and to movies and songs.  I got my entire eighth grade class and teacher to say 'bad words' for our civics class.  It was our assignment to find a topic and try to negotiate our point of view to get others to follow.  I said that 'bad words' are only bad because we put a meaning to them.  If we just use them regularly then we lose that sense of badness and so the affect goes away.  Eventually, in this pattern, curse words will disappear completely.  So with that, I got my class to say stuff about cuntnuggets and junk and it was hilarious.

Curse words also sound really funny when said fast and repetitious as heard in the kings speech.

I agree with a lot of opinions here.
- If you need to let something out then let it out.
- Curse words are only bad because we put bad meaning to them.
- Cursing isn't bad if used in moderation. But if used every other word it gets annoying just as with any other word
some people have also formed the habit because as Hothauser said if you're around it enough it becomes normal so it will become part of someones language. Someone saying holy stuff is the same thing as saying oh my goodness because we're used to it, the only difference is that one is put to bad meaning. I also agree with headcrab zombie. I don't understand how a little kid can call someone a poopyhead and there's nothing wrong with it, but then when someone calls someone a stuffhead it's bad. It's the same meaning but one is worse, why?

I think it's fine that they say that. My friend got Blockland but his mom made him stop because there was cussing.

Frankly, I think there should be a personal chat filter, but I don't know if that could be implemented.

The main reason that you shouldn't cuss is because parents will hound you if they see that someone is cussing on the game you are playing.
