The character list is updated by the users
The programming tries to match up as many questions as possible (the one with the most matched up comes up) until it stops trying and takes you to all the possible ones that it could have used.

i did leonardo dicaprio and it came out with ryan goslin. basically just do white actors, there are too many for him to be completely accurate.

Yes, however, the only time I got him to lose was because the character wasn't on his database.
