Add-Ons not loading

Disable all of them and then enable only one non-default add-on.
If it works, then it must be another add-on that is breaking it.

but, have you even tried reinstalling while backing up the old files?

I've actally tried that before I posted (usally when I post I'm really frustrated, close to giving up, or its my last resort. But. I haven't tried all the non defaults, I'ma try the rest of them. Will report back what I find out.

reinstallings a bitch, and it gets rid of all your settings, unless you keep the config, but for all you know that could be the problem.
