I think the damage type is working fine.
Because the image doesn't work even if I do <bitmap:add-ons/gamemode_blackops/CI_tomahawk.png> in eval chat as a messageall.
So, what's wrong here?
(note: they just see skull icons)

Server just needed to restart.
