Author Topic: How to propagate black stereotypes.  (Read 1520 times)

No it was from my pocket.

Its a guesstimate.
Your guesstimates suck.

It'd be funny if you met every single African American in the world, talked to them, assessed their intellect and job situation, then came back to me with that same percentage.  You just pulled that number out of your ass.

what are you black or something

Your guesstimates suck.
You're right.

More like %90

Or else you must live around some smart black people.

he's a god darn junglebunny i tells ye

Black people at my school are incredibly stupid.  They don't even pay attention in class or even speak properly.

How the forget do they get in here?  You have to have decent grades, I'm assuming these starfishs are all in on basketball scholarships or some stuff.

Or maybe because you'll believe any stereotype to make a race look bad.

I'm not saying some people aren't like that, but it's stupid to make a guess without proper knowledge and look just as dumb as Moqueshia or Rondontae.

where da white wimmen at

indians say "niga" when they are thinking as opposed to "um." also, loving 17 year old fake account age. why did i choose you?

I had a room-mate in London who held various jobs throughout his stay there, and he had many colleagues. He told me that he used to work with a bunch of black guys and they frequently made tribal remarks on him for being white. Of course if he did the same thing he probably would have been fired or reprimanded for being tribal.

Another time, at the hospital he was working at, there was black mother with her daughter. The daughter had to wear an oxygen mask which the mother protested against heavily, shouting things like they only made her wear that mask because she was black and so on. Funny thing is, even the daughter was telling her mother to shut the forget up.

That struck me funny.

I know a number of African-American folks at the market I go to. Some of them own a small restaurant, family-run, and they are some of the funniest, kindest, gentlest people I know. It's predominantly owned by the matriarch, who works with her daughter and granddaughter, all are fairly young. She obviously got pregnant in her teen years, her daughter a little later than her, though her grand daughter is yet to bear a child. They have good food there, indeed. Very good. Very sweet people, too.

Down the line from them is a small bakery, also family-run, Italian-Swedish who are also some of the funniest, kindest, and gentlest people I know. It's also owned and run by the matriarch, much older than the first group, with a son in his mid to late 20s. I think he's a homoloveual. Not quite sure why, but something about him just gives it off. Plus I think he was hitting on me once, but that's not important. The point is, people would be much nicer if they all owned restaurants. Maybe. Or maybe people just shouldn't be presumptuous and shouldn't stereotype others. Afterall, treat a man as he seems to be, and thus he shall be. But treat a man as he can be, and he may very well become it. Or something like that. They have good baked goods there. The sons not that bad looking, either. But that's hardly the point.

...On reflection I'm not quite sure what my point was in the first place. Hm. :o
