I would say so, yeah. But people don't do that to load large builds and it's a lot more difficult than using build bot since for macros you have to build the whole thing while facing only one direction. It's one thing for a game feature to be exploitable in that it can cheat admin powers, but it's another thing entirely to have a mod that is pretty much meant for cheating admin powers (I don't mean to say the creator of build bot made build bot with the intention of people cheating admin powers, but the mod is supposed to allow non-admins to load things and that is cheating in my opinion).

Anybody who thinks it's "cheating" is an idiot. I bet the only reason that loading is admin-only is because it loads music and events.
Also, did you know you can BAN people that use it stupidly? Amazing idea, isn't it?
Seriously, if you don't want people building on your server, then don't allow it.

There is absolutely nothing wrong with buildbot. It is less abusive than being able to place a 1x1 brick on the ground, hold the enter key, and move it around, making lines and curley loops of spam.
In the most honest sense, it just saves time recalling previous builds. People who claim that it is "exactly the same thing as loading" or that it "cheats admin" don't understand how it works at all and should seriously get out pecause their opinions are best related to those of ignorant trolls. It is slow enough that you can almost always see someone using it, ask them to stop, then ban them if they don't. You will probably only have a few hundred bricks to clear, and it takes all the effort of clicking one "clear all player's bricks" button.
I sometimes use buildbot to load even when I am admin because I can control where the build will load, and the direction.
