You rating something down because other people told you to, rather than getting your own opinion of it?

Sounds to me like he's looking for flaws in the servers, not just talking about what it's like.

The negative blabbering on IRC must've persuaded him to see the server himself.
Apparently it was just as bad as it was said it was.
