As for the events, how would I have it make a list of all the hats easily? I have hatlist preferences, but how do I make it a list in an event?

Players are only able to event wear if they have the hat right?

I am still trying to decide how this works. I am thinking of just having a RTB Pref on if the event can be used by non-SuperAdmins.
