You need to upload the image to an image sharing site like photobucket or tinypic then copy the forum code into your post. Make sure it's the BBCode not the HTML one.

Move your mouse over the image and you should see some links on the bottom of it. Click on the IMG code and it will be copied to your clipboard. Then just paste it in a post and it should appear.
