The RTB Listings are Add-Ons. If it is the highest rated and has a lot of downloads, I'm pretty sure that would mean it is pretty popular. |

You missed out pretty much all of the actual important files that are well known. Half of that stuff on there isn't even that common, sounds like a list you made based off what you like.
