What program is easyier/better?

Basicly I want know what modeling program is more easy and better. 3DS Max (And is there a way to get it free) , or Blender. I'm not going to use milkshake or dome other program.

Just use blender.
Don't waste your student license trying to get 3DS Max, and just get Blender.

If I had to guess, Blender is probably more easy to learn than 3DS Max.
