What I mean is that he already got another server around the same time that he started talking to you.

It is 24/7 on an acceptable connection on a VPS provided by Fluffy/Fluff-Is-Back including RDP access.

Electricity is not free. Most people turn their computers off at night. Also, I'm doing this for free, or at least not at any cost to the people I'm hosting for (its $18,000/year for me).
