Of course it doesn't matter, we're not fussy on who is in what clan.

Yes you can, as long as it's a ship of decent standard or with potential then we'll accept it.

As long as you're not whoring around trying to join every single clan that exists.

Also: yes, a ship from a movie would be fine. We accept any water-faring vessel as an application or addition to the fleet, as long as you're the builder.

Hes already in the clan, we have no control over what they can and cannot build in the server as long as it fits with the theme.

For applications however the build has to be a surface-ship or submersible vessel otherwise it will be denied.

We would definitely love having something like that as part of our collection; however, for application purposes we need it to be an ocean-faring vessel. What you could do is build your ship in the water, submit it as an application, and then once you're accepted (assuming you get accepted) modify the ship for flight.
