Maybe because all admins except for Magick are from Europe.

So you are saying only the admins play there? Again, thats not a good sign.

No. I'm saying that there is usually not a lot of people on when there are no admins on.

Why is that justifying low visitor count? I don't want to argue, but I am curious as to why inconsistent player occupation has anything to do with whether or not one of your admins is there.
