I don't need anything.
My internet is constantly going down and I have contacted my ISP and they said that an IP is flooding me and that they can't do nothing about it because the IP is dynamic.

I'm not sure what it is, but I can tell you it's certainly not a DDoS attack.
There's simply no incentive for someone to go through the work to attack you.


Does your modem or router have any sort of logs for this type of stuff?
