It was that glitch where on singleplayer you'd get that black figure wearing every single possible variation of player limbs and styles, entirely in black. In fact I spoofed the Doombot in a Blockland movie I made called "Thereafter" where the Doombot is portrayed as Death in an afterlife.

So that's what it's called! I remembered it mostly for being fugly and the suretell sign of something messing up in the matrix.
