Blockland as a whole isn't real since it's just a game
Prepper/Renderman is real, but officially, he's only a particle that has a rare chance of showing up on dark maps, the solid figure Renderman, i'm still trying to figure that out if that's a mod, because i've never seen this for as long as the discussion of Rendermen has been around
