Wow he "hacked the ISP and cencus records", so I'm taking it he's a bad enough dude to hack the US Census Bureau and an ISP, both of which are punishable crimes. Logging into an account you don't own is enough to implicate you in the crime, regardless of whether or not you're the actual hacker.

So there are two possibilities here:

1. Feep is lying.

2. Feep, through whatever means obtained log in for a Timewarner Cable account he didn't own and committed computer fraud; which could be prosecuted with a simple phone call to the family informing them that they're private information had been compromised and Feep would go to jail in place of the actual hacker for having his IP in Timewarner Cable's session logs.

Either way, in a few hours we'll learn if Feep is eligible for an IRL ban or just a friend lol
