Server is messed up somehow.

Sorry for double post. It says it cannot open it. My 2 options were Use filecure to manage it or Windows internet explorer.

I still cannot find the code when I open the mini nukes file.

Just post the add-on list first, then worry about the mini-nuke.
Mini-nuke was failed because it overwrote the rocket launcher, not because of a backdoor.

Then upload the file, not the contents.

It could still have a back door if the person who gave him the download edited it.
