I don't post straightforward builds much but I am really pleased with this one. Its given me more confidence and understanding of good building. At Surburbs CityRPG I offer a build service. I built this house for $8,000 based off my mock-company's pricing, for a player called Artifact. He provided an image and I modeled the house around it, then did the interior and plan to add furniture. Still building it, its a work in progress. I'm quite happy with it.
