We can't answer everything with "God". We as humans have free will, that means we can question god's existence. Yet I don't want to know what life is but I would like a poetic view of it.
Life is a compilation of short stories written and acted by all their characters together, forever overlapping, forever effecting, and never ending at one conclusion. It is directed onward by Nature's course, the winds of change and chance, and what I believe to be God's Love, the spirit that illuminates every heart and that guides us if so we seek. It can be touched, it can be seen, and it can be heard, for it exists all around us. Life, at its base, is just a matter of letting Love in and giving it back.
That's how I feel, at least.
and then you pulled out a knife and killed him?
Shh, don't ruin the ending!
