Only if there was a surface under it to place a brick on, like an interior. Otherwise I think they would get the float error.

No... I think Lord Tony is right. Underground would all be considered buildable. Maybe not though, the mod may be able to circumvent that. However, that would not be a problem - I just want to be able to build underground.

Still looking for better terrain textures and fish emitters. Oh and a blocko version of a lego palm tree would be nice.

It would require testing.
I'm sure it would give a float error.

You could make an addon in which you could build terrain.
