Animated Avatar help

Hi I have seen users here on the forums with cool moving avatars. How would i be able to do that? Is there like a site I can download a clip from? i would also like to know how I can add my animated signature into my sig.

Search for 'cool gifs' or something

Ok i ran into a problem: I found a site called lolgifs.com but how do i save them to my computer it doesn't have any download button that i can see. also when i go to my settings to change my avatar do I just click on the gif file and it will put the clip on there?
