Server Info Bot - Where is it?

I want a the Server Info Bot I've seen on some servers for my Jail RP to help new people that with hints.

Anyways, i have no idea where to find it. From what i heard from cc, he said he made one.

Munk made his, as for cc, I'm not sure.
