In other news, I've been thinking about a conversation I had with Qwepir the other day about our clan project, Krypt City, and how we haven't made a single ounce of progress on it. He also mentioned this in his apology, and I completely agree with him: we're starting too big. I think we should work on something much smaller. Qwepir suggested "Krypt Manor," which I thought was a great idea. We need to establish a sense of teamwork and organization before we take a stab at something as big as a full-fledged city.
We also need someone to host. I can host on occasion, but due of the fact that I frequently use very processor-intensive programs such as Photoshop and After Effects, my server is subject to extreme lag. Additionally, we need to make sure that if, for instance, I host a server and people work on the build, every other server host gets the updated save file so that they can host the proper version whenever they do host.
I will be completely free of schoolwork during next week, and I will also be home alone from Tuesday evening to sometime on Sunday, so I will have
plenty of time to host. I can probably even put up a dedicated server.
I refuse to let my clan die this easily.
