There are a few things you need to have Honor put on the server, not just admins.

Admins are:
Skip - BLID 807
Pi - BLID 12406

Super Admins are:
Kyzor - BLID 11024
Makanix - BLID 2022
TopHat - BLID 8917
Eksi - BLID 13559

Required add-ons:
Wedge Bricks
Round Corner Bricks
Extra Ramps
Fence Bricks
Pole Bricks
Window Brick Pack
18 Degree Ramp Pack
