I've looked into doing it myself, but I can't figure out how to work Milkshape.

First.

I'd like a sword that looks like this and is slightly larger than the regular sword.  I'd like it to have basically the same coding, except for a longer delay and a little over double the damage

This gun.  It should fire similarly to Muffinmix's Ion Cannon (http://www.blockland.us/smf/index.php?topic=15794.0), but without the initial "charge up" (though I still want the delay afterwards), and not as large of a blast radius.
