I don't think it's against the rules because it's freely distributed with the game, even demo. I packaged it into an MP3.

He imported it to blockland but sure did not make the song. you should go to the wikipedia to take a look at it. Badspot even posted a link about it on the thread you linked.

I'm pretty sure, After School Special was a tv show back in the day. Maybe it's like the opening tune? That's what I've always thought.
