I'm sure mods will be able to change it. It can't be more than a setting on the npc.

Yeah I could get mods, then there is a chance the mods could royally forget up my entire game.
Also once I start using mods I can't go back because my save file will no longer work if I do not have the appropriate mods enabled AND some mods conflict with other mods.
