There are tons of werewolves in the game.
The leading numbers of a certain faction are all werewolves, and at a point in the quest line you are offered to share in there tainted blood.
I of course accepted, waiting to see if I'll be able to be both a vampire and a werewolf.

You can do it for 3~ minutes every day, the more humans you eat the longer you stay in Wolf form.
