>get on steam this morning >look at friends list >see this >look at it right now >tater, seb, bushido, and benofdoom have been playing ALL DAY Damn this game must be really good, I can't think of a time that I've spent a whole day on a single game. Also I want to ask a few questions that I don't have time to look up right now: Are there special skills for unarmed characters? Can I be a dwarf? Can I be a monk? Can dwarves be monks? |
| Fredulus:
dwarves went extinct hundreds if not thousands of years ago as for being a monk, i guess you could roleplay one. but i havent ran across any specifically monkish factions that are joinable. |

Maybe there'll be a expansion like the Knights of the Nine one... |
| Man 2:
There are no classes in Skyrim; you basically just level up certain skills to build your character to fit your playing style. I am a warrior in light armor, and I wield a one-handed weapon. When you level up, you get to pick a perk for a specific skill. This perk can be anything from 20% extra damage with a certain weapon type to a 15x damage bonus when sneak attacking with daggers. Thus, when I level up I choose perks for one-handed, block, and light armor. |
