I think he meant the dwarf was on an angle, like bent over

"Dwarven" is the demonym for "Dwemer".
And "Dwarf" is just another way of saying "Dwemer", as "High Elf" is another way of saying "Altmer".

You could always make a buff nord and then use the console to set your scale smaller.
