I have had the same problem and after a half-hour of futile pursuit of my airborne adversary, I decided to give up and let the dragon about its business. |

I've noticed that if a dragon wont come down, get into some sort of combat with something besides it, if you do, the dragon will notice and attack you. Always happens with me. |
