I wish you could get upgraded weapons from shops/enemies/chests/weapons racks. Like you could kill a bandit and he would drop a esquisite steel sword.
Or you could raid a master chest and find a epic glass sword.
It would add a lot to variety.
There's probably already a mod for this, but it would be cool to be in vanilla skyrim.

I agree and disagree
I think that it should take longer to get better items and stuff, but levels should go up at the same or just a slightly slower pace, for the sake of perks.

I wasn't putting down Oblivion's DB, I was using it as an example

I'd like more levels, and some more skills to let you reach the higher cap
like athletics
I like Oblivion's skills and traits thing, but I didn't like the major skills being what makes you level up
