I love Bethesda because they make great games, but a lot of the stuff they pull makes me angry. That whole Scrolls garbage made me sick and the fact that they filed a lawsuit against that Fallout website made me angry.
They have some pretty bad morals.

I heard those lawsuits were only brought up by their legal people, not themselves.

The guy that owned the fallout website was incredibly over hyping it for attention. He could have just changed his domain name from falloutposters.

Bethesda Game Studios makes great games.
Bethesda Softworks publishes some great gomes and some stuffty games.
Bethesda Softworks' Legal Division's job is to try and make the company money. They're way of doing it is to look for any opportunity to win monetary gain in a court case, or prevent others from profiting of of the company which could transfer to lost profits.
The friends on the other end of the legal issues like to stir up stuff to get their stuff noticed.
Notch was a huge friend about it and so was that guy with the fallout stuff.
Why the forget is this stuff being brought up again? If you want to discuss it don't discuss it in the topic about the elder scrolls game series, make some other bullstuff topic about it.
