Notch didn't act bad at all. I would have done the same. And this is a thread about The Elder Scroll, yes, but Bethesda makes the game. Obviously it's not the developers who start this stuff, I have nothing against them. But the company as a whole.

What notch did wrong was failing to clarify who was filing the lawsuit. In his blog posts he says, "Bethesda are suing us" which lead a LOT of people to believe that those who were developing Skryim were total starfishs.
