Is he trying too charm me? --- End quote --- why is he following you? if you get close to him, does he say something about breaking the law, like a guard would? or just like stupid stuff like they always say in quests if you started a quest where he follows you, he wont quit following until you finish the quest or get to whatever part he normally stops following you |
