There are a few things that should have been noticed and fixed though. Like the flying mammoths, even though I've never actually seen one. Or the giant's club sending its victims into orbit.
Then again, maybe Bethesda just thought these glitches were too hilarious to iron out.

You'll receive a letter from Jarl Siddgeir of Falkreath when you're level 22 that will tell you where to buy land plots.
