If throwing weapons were added, I think it would just be additions to the existing tress maybe.
IE: Throwing a spear requires two hands, so have it scale with that tree, Depending on if its a short spear or not.
That way throwing knives and stuff could go in one handed, add a bit of variety to the lineup.
I loved it when they added throwing weapons to Fallout, I just wish they were more readily available
Replaying again as a spellsword, Fun so far, using conjuration mainly, working up enchanting while I'm at it.

Ah goofed it up.
A two handed spear you couldn't throw, it would be much to heavy.
Throwing spears are much much shorter, and weighted differently. So it would be one handed.

i guess they could fit throwing weapons into existing trees but i'd prefer a new one
