You need human flesh, a skeleton, a human heart, and a dagger rubbed with nightshade petals.
So maybe not.
Also:

The player can then return the necklace to Narfi at his broken-down home across the river, and either tell him the truth, or tell him Reyda said she'd be back soon. Either way, the player will receive three random, rare ingredients, and Narfi will for the most part remain the same.
