Guns On Cars?

I've seen Blockland vehicles (the tank for instance) that have guns on them, how would i go about doing this?
UPDATE: OK I feel i need to be more descriptive, I took a look at the Tank's CS file and it had the script for the moving animation of the turret and other things. The weapon I want on this vehicle isn't going to move, It is basically two machine guns on the front sides of the car that are aiming wherever the car is pointing and only the driver can shoot them.
